Anita Zinsmeister is the President of Dale Carnegie Training of Central & Southern NJ. Anita is responsible for overseeing the Dale Carnegie operation in 13 counties of New Jersey and ensuring the highest quality standards have been met. For select clients she delivers quality training, provides client solutions and produces tangible business results. As a Trainer, Anita's experience has been with small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. She has provided training for global, national and regional corporations since 1989. Anita has strong sales, marketing, operations and management experience. She started her career as a Training Consultant with Dale Carnegie in 1988 where she worked with client organizations in addressing critical training and coaching needs. As a Trainer, Anita works directly with clients adding value and maximizing their ROI. Her experience in training ranges from communications, presentation skills, executive leadership, management, customer service, team building and sales. She received the Sponsor Rookie Award of the Year in 2001, the Founder's Club Award in 2003, and is a 15-time member of the prestigious Millennium Club from 2002 through 2017 which is comprised of the top 20 Dale Carnegie offices in the world. She was also one of the first recipients of the Product Innovation Award.
