Toya is currently the Chief Clinical Officer for CareOne, the leading post acute care provider in NJ. She started her career as a nursing assistant at Newark Beth Israel Hospital where she developed her passion for the art of caring. After attending Rutgers College of Nursing and earning her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Toya went on to become a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
