Clarelle DeGraffe

Clarelle DeGraffe is an executive manager with nearly 30 years of experience in transportation, project management and construction management. Over the years, Clarelle has accumulated broad technical knowledge in the design and construction of transportation infrastructure that when combined with her outstanding leadership ability and creative problem solving skills has proven to be a valuable asset in all assignments. She's able to establish rapport with diverse groups ranging from executive management to field laborers and maintenance staff. Her direct responsibilities also include operations, maintenance, safety, customer service, federal grants and Capital Program Management for PATH. Clarelle is a recipient of the 2008 Harlem Black Achievers Award, a 2013 Honoree in Professional Women in Construction and a 2018 recipient of a Congressional Certificate of Merit for her community service in Southeast Queens.
